Technical Operative – Product Testing & Rework

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Taylor Blackwood Associates are currently recruiting for a Technical Operative to join the technical department of our client on an ongoing basis.
This role involves testing products, carrying out rework and assisting with the dismantling and reassembly of testing equipment.
The Role
- Testing products within the technical department.
- Carrying out rework and adjustments to products where required.
- Dismantling and reassembling test rigs to allow valves and vessels to be pressurised and tested.
- Undertaking manual handling, including pulling and lifting equipment.
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
The Candidate
- Physically fit and comfortable undertaking manual handling duties.
- Practical, hands-on approach to work.
- Good attention to detail when testing products and carrying out rework.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willing to learn technical processes and follow instructions.
