Sales/Customer Support Administrator

Salary: £13.00 per hour
Overall Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales / Customer Support Administrator to support the Customer Support Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient sales order processing, excellent customer service, and effective administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales orders and complete all associated administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding quotations, order progress, and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
- Respond to customer emails promptly, providing clear and accurate information.
- Resolve basic customer issues and escalate more complex cases where necessary.
- Review internal stock requirements and place orders as required.
- Carry out general administrative duties to support the effective operation of the department.
- Monitor and assist with departmental KPIs.
Skills & Experience
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and internet use.
- Strong communication skills with professional telephone and email etiquette.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- High level of accuracy in data input.
- A strong team player.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
