Location: Stafford
Job Type: Temporary (Ongoing) with potential for permanent placement
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (rising to £12.60 after 12 weeks)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:30am start – typically finishing around 15:00–16:00
Taylor Blackwood Associates are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and respected market leader within the Waste Management industry. We are seeking Refuse Loaders to join their professional and growing team on an ongoing temporary basis, with genuine opportunities for permanent employment for the right individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collection of domestic and commercial refuse
- Loading waste onto collection vehicles using designated equipment
- Working to pre-set productivity targets and high operational standards
- Engaging with the public in a courteous and professional manner
Candidate Requirements:
- Physically fit and capable of undertaking a manual, outdoor role
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Prior experience in waste management is advantageous but not essential
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
