Taylor Blackwood Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Powder Coater to join a busy and well-established business near Stafford.
This is a hands-on role offering long-term opportunities for the right candidate, working within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The Role
As a Powder Coater, your responsibilities will include:
Spraying powder coating onto various sized parts
Loading and unloading the paint plant
Ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail
General packing and associated duties
Adhering to health & safety procedures at all times
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
The Candidate
We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
Previous powder coating experience (essential)
Experience working in a paint plant or similar environment
Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
A reliable and positive attitude
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
