Hours: 38 Hours per Week
Taylor Blackwood Associates are currently recruiting for a Paint Plant Operative on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Stafford.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy production environment, supporting the paint plant operation and contributing to the efficient production of high-quality finished components.
The Role
As a Paint Plant Operative, you will play a key role in supporting the paint coating process, ensuring parts are prepared, handled, and processed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Hanging and unhanging components throughout the paint coating process
- Preparing parts for powder coating and finishing
- Handling materials safely and efficiently
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the paint plant
- Carrying out general production duties as required
- Maintaining high standards of quality, housekeeping, and health & safety
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience within a paint plant or powder coating environment (advantageous but not essential)
- A good understanding of health & safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
