Taylor Blackwood Associates are currently recruiting for a number of Electrical Assemblers to join an expanding manufacturing company based near Stafford.
These are long-term, temp-to-perm opportunities, offering stability, progression, and a pay increase once permanent. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business within a modern electronics manufacturing environment.

Increase to £14.00 per hour once permanent
Day shifts
Monday – Thursday working pattern

The Role
As an Electrical Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
Reading and interpreting work instructions, schematics, blueprints, and diagrams
Assembling electrical components accurately to specification
Carrying out soldering and crimping tasks where required
Inspecting finished products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
Identifying, troubleshooting, and rectifying soldering or assembly defects
Adhering to health & safety procedures at all times
Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient work area
The Candidate
We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
Previous experience in electrical assembly, soldering, or crimping (preferred)
A good understanding of electrical components and assemblies
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality
The ability to follow instructions and work to precise standards
A positive attitude and willingness to develop within the role
